This past month has been a blend of personal endeavors, with a focus on family matters rather than my writing. In my blog post, “Knit, Purl, and Prose – July 2025 Edition,” I shared updates on my latest crafts. I’ve completed my retro pillow and am currently knitting my Hermione socks and camisole No. 9. With a little help from my son’s friend, I’ve also fixed the ribber on my sock machine, leading me to experiment with creating various draft stoppers. As we approach the second half of the year, I look forward to diving into more of my stashed sock yarn.
