Miss Sally rarely left my side when we were shopping but occasionally she would to make her bathrooms runs. She wasn’t to the point where she needed help getting to the bathroom but she was to the point that walking through a big box store was a bit much. So I would get her a trolley and bring it to the car for her.

On this particular day she told me she needed to go and promptly drove off while I continued to shop for both of us. When she returned she had this mischevious gleam in her eye.

“What did you do? I asked slightly worried.

“I didn’t want to try walking into the bathroom because they don’t have rail so I drove in.” She answered promptly.

Now I know that it’s like two 90 degree turns to get into those bathrooms and I started looking at the trolley for damage.

“I was alright to get into there but I hit the wall a few times trying to get back out,” she added cheerfully.

My mind went wild as I started giggling manically. I was picturing her trying to back out and then going into a 20 point turn trying to get that trolley out of the bathroom.

“How was turning around?” I asked between gasps.

Sally looked at me wondering why I laughing so hard. “I only hit the wall a few times.”

By this point I couldn’t breathe I was holding my sides and leaning against the shopping cart to remain upright. “You know,” I wheezed, “they have cameras at the entrances of the bathroom that shit is gonna end up on YouTube. You probably gave some security guy a really good laugh.”

It was then my amusement became hers as she blushed then threw back her head and laughed. “Well, I’m glad that I could make someone’s day.”
