Dear Coterie,
I hope this email finds you well. I thought I’d update you on what I’ve been up to with my projects.
Guess what? Something Comes has been revised and edited! Version two has new points of view from Will Saxe, plus more chapters. Get your hands on this updated edition and enjoy its improved story! Check it out here.
I’m editing A Four-way Love Affair. Plus, I’m chuffed to wrap up the first draft of my paranormal romance project – I know it might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I enjoy exploring different genres and finding my groove as a writer.
I’m planning to write a mix of contemporary fantasy, paranormal, and historical romances. I almost finished book Three in the Chronicles of Discovery being written. It’s approximately 75% complete.
On a side note, I thought I’d fill you in on my knitting projects. The Be Mine Cardigan is coming along well; all pieces have been stitched together. Unfortunately, however, I mixed up right and wrong sides accidentally when stitching seams together – therefore redoing some seams might be necessary. I hope to have a complete sweater to share by the next Round-up.
Since I had no active knitting projects underway, I designed what I call the “frankensweater.” By combining elements I like into one piece, this will hopefully become clearer next month when all elements come together into one cohesive design.
With cooler weather approaching, I am eagerly looking forward to finishing my Sophia’s Universe Afghan. After collecting fifteen skeins of yarn required for its completion, only fourteen rounds remain! One skein of Scheepjes Stonewash XL won’t cover one full round anymore (even if you don’t think you need a gauge swatch, make one anyway).
Anyway, that’s all for October. I hope you fall days are full of coziness and warm spirits.
Warm Regards,
Lady Velvet
