As mentioned in Octobers Round-up, my classes are over and the rewrite and edit of Something Comes is complete with version two already up. So get your grabby hands on version two. I added more point of views from Will Saxe (Love interest) and few more chapters.
I’m presently eyeing A Four-way Love Affair’s first draft for edit soon and writing the first draft of a paranormal romance I’ve been wanting to write. I realize that this may put some people off as I don’t have set a genre of romance, but I like to try different things and see what works.
I hope to write a series of contemporary romances and fantasy romances, sprinkling in other bits such as paranormal and historic. Book Three of the Chronicles of Discovery is about 75% complete. Although, I had to stop everything and rebrand for six months. I wrote a lot this year without even realizing it.
On a fibery note, The Be Mine cardigan pieces are complete. I don’t dislike stitching pieces together, but my table is a little low, which means it takes a toll on my back. I messed up the right and wrong sides, which means although I have one side seam done and the sleeve attached, I might need to take it apart.
Realizing there was nothing on my knitting needles, the frankensweater was born. This means I’m taking design elements I like and putting them together. I’ll explain this further in next month’s roundup as I pull everything together.
With cooler weather here, I’m looking forward to finishing my Sophia’s Universe Afghan. It’s taken time to get the fifteen skeins of yarn to complete it. Fourteen rounds to go. It’s so large that one skein of Scheepjes Stonewash XL doesn’t complete a round. I’m eager to finish this project as I’m sure it will look gorgeous on my bed.
