As a self-published writer, I am not constantly thinking about social media presence. I’d rather be writing a novel, not a social media post. (smiley face here) How do we get the word out about our events and create more engaging content? I’m big on creating habits and systems for doing repetitive things. I am somewhat of a set-it-and-forget-it person and wanted a method for doing this. After a while of using other social media schedulers that didn’t quite do all the things I wanted. I found Socialbee. The company had this quote that stood out to me: “We hope SocialBee will empower you to use Social Media at its maximum potential and that it will enable you to grow your business online – faster and easier. Keep buzzing! “
What is Socialbee?
Socialbee is a social media management software created to help businesses and individuals grow their social media presence. The software allows you to create a social media strategy and execute it 24/7, 365 days a year. Whether you’re a social media manager for a company or an individual who wants a professional platform to manage their social media presence, Socialbee can help. The software offers everything you need to create engaging content, manage your followers, schedule and track your engagement, optimize your photos and videos, and much more.

What does Socialbee do?
Socialbee offers a wide range of tools to manage your social media presence. It comes standard with everything you need to create engaging content, manage your followers, schedule and social media platforms, optimize your photos and videos, and much more. One of the platform’s most valuable features is the ability to customize posts for each social media outlet(there are seven social media platforms to connect with at the time of this writing). It integrates with Unsplash, Canva, and GIPHY.
I keep a subscription to Adobe, so I use Adobe Express to create my graphics for social media posts.
My favorite part of having Socialbee is the ability to have evergreen content. Evergreen content is content you can reuse for those who don’t know. After years of posting on social media and saving every post manually, this was a godsend. I could set up a folder of evergreen content and set it to on and, in the scheduler, decide which days I wanted that folder of posts to publish. Once the list is at the end, it queues and starts again.

The scheduler is a week on one page with timeslots. It’s super easy to use. Pick your platform and folder of posts and drop them into the timeslot you chose. The program will repeat this week until you want to change something. I go in monthly and change the evergreen folders to keep things from getting stale. I also create new blog posts and promo posts monthly.
There are more options available to manage your audience and concierge services to have your own social media specialist. Socialbee will also send an email each week with Analytic information.
I nearly forgot to mention some other features I have yet to use. There is Zapier integration, RSS integration, a browser extension (if you pull content from online), and a sister app called Ace for those who need to schedule calls and meetings. I’ve looked into concierge services and may try it in the future. Click the link if you are interested in checking out Socialbee.
Final words
Socialbee makes managing your social media presence easy. It’s an incredible way to connect with people without Social Media taking up a lot of time. There are several pricing tiers on the platform, and they offer a fourteen-day free trial. It’s easy to create and schedule content. I can set it and get on about my other work. What’s not to love about that?
